How long will the work take?
This will obviously depend on the size of the bathroom, normally it will be a few days for a simple cloakroom change to 3 – 4 weeks for a major large complete bathroom refurbishment.
Will I be without a toilet while the work takes place?
If the work requires renewing your only toilet we will ensure that you have a working toilet available each evening after we finish work, until the new toilet is fitted.
How long will I be without water?
The water will only be turned off during actual work on the water system, and would normally be only for a few hours at a time.
When do I pay?
We ask for a 30% deposit when contract is signed and 60% stage payment when goods are delivered and we start the job. The final 10% is due when the job is complete.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, although American Express attracts a surcharge.
Will I be without heating if radiators are changed?
Any central heating will only be out of action for short periods while work is undertaken on radiators and associated plumbing themselves.
Will there be a lot of dust and mess?
Dust sheets are laid through out the house from the outside to the work area to minimise dirt being travelled around the house, and the work area will be protected as best as possible against the spread of dust and dirt.
Will all the waste and rubbish be removed?
We take care of all waste and ensure that the site is left clean and tidy.
Will I be charged for delivery?
Only if we are not fitting the goods and it is a small order or to be taken a considerable distance.
Will I be charged for plans and images?
If you wish to take them away you will be charged £75 per room. This is refundable when a contract is signed.
